    CFA 一级考试课程：
    着重于投资评估和管理的工具，还包括资产估值和投资组合管理技巧的入门介绍。一级考试（Level 1）形式为选择题（Multiple Choice），每卷各120 题，共240 题；
    CFA 二级考试课程：
    着重于资产估值及投资工具的应用（包括经济学、财务报表分析和数量分析方法）。二级考试（Level 2）形式为案例选择题（Multiple Choice），每卷各60 题，共120 题；
    CFA 三级考试课程：
    着重于投资组合管理，还包括投资工具的使用战略，以及个人或机构管理权益类证券产品、固定收益证券、金融衍生产品和其他类投资产品的资产评估模式。三级考试（Level 3）的考试形式是50% 的论文写作及50%的案例题分析。伦理和职业道德标准是CFA 三个级别考试课程中均强调的内容。
