The Importance of Early Rising 早起的重要性 Just as Benjamin Franklin says "Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthyand wise." Second, it can help us in our studies. In the morning we can learn more quickly. Third, itcan enable us to plan our work for the day. We cannot work well without a proper plan.
