If you're a national of a European Union (EU) country and you satisfy the residency requirements, then for fees purposes you're usually treated on exactly the same basis as UK students. Overseas fees (per year) for students commencing in 2017–18 The tuition fees for overseas students commencing in 2017-18 have been approved as follows. You should allow for increases in subsequent years. For overseas students undertaking a year abroad, the tuition fee payable to the University of Cambridge during their year abroad will be 50 per cent of the full fee.
