为帮助自费出国留学人员正确选择国外学习学校，加强对自费留学中介活动的监管，引导自费留学中介机构与国外正规学校开展合作，教育部公布了33个我国公民主要留学国家1万多所学校名单，基本涵盖了我公民主要留学目的地国正规高等学校。所公布名单根据有关情况定期调整，目前为第二十三版。本名单截止日期为2012年2月7日。 一、 基本情况 新西兰的高等教育机构包括大学、理工学院和教育学院。 到目前为止，新西兰共有8所公立大学。这些大学开办一系列的标准学位课程，其中包括理科、文科和近年来兴起的商科和信息科学。 新西兰的理工学院目前共有19所，提供各种职业及技术培训，包括短期课程和三年制、四年制的专业学位、文凭、证书课程。部分理工学院和大学可以互相转换学分(例如商科)，学生在理工学院所修某些课程学分为大学所承认，其毕业后入读大学可以免修有关课程。 新西兰有4所独立的教育学院，由政府拨款，承担为小学、中学、幼儿教育中心和特殊教育机构培训师资的任务。 新西兰大学的学位由新西兰大学校长委员会下设的学术委员会批准，而理工学院及极少数私立高等教育学校所授的文凭由新西兰资格认证局 (NZQA) 负责审批和监督。 新西兰还有许多招收外国学生的私立培训机构及语言学校。通过新西兰资格认证局 (NZQA) 审批的学校名单可查阅NZQA网站： 二、名单 8所大学： Auckland University of Technology Lincoln University Massey University The University of Auckland The University of Waikato University of Canterbury University of Otago Victoria University of Wellington 19所理工学院 Aoraki Polytechnic (Timaru) Bay of Plenty Polytechnic (Tauranga) Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology Eastern Institute of Technology (Hawkes Bay) Manukau Institute of Technology Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology-Nelson Polytechnic Northland Polytechnic Otago Polytechnic Southern Institute of Technology Tai Poutini Polytechnic Tairawhiti Polytechnic(Gisborne) Telford Rural Polytechnic UNITEC Institute of Technology Universal College of Learning (Levin, Masterton, Palmerston North, Wanganui) Waiariki Institute of Technology Waikato Institute of Technology Wellington Institute of Technology Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki Whitireia Community Polytechnic 4所教育学院 Auckland College of Education Wellington College of Education Christchurch College of Education Dunedin College of Education 部分可以由本校颁发学士学位的私立院校名单 Auckland Institute of Studies at St Helens International Pacific College, New Zealand New Zealand College of Chiropractic Pacific International Hotel Management School Te Kura Toi Whakaari O Aotearoa: New Zealand Drama School Whitecliff College of Arts and Design |
