一、基本情况 韩国的基础教育包括小学6年，初中3年，高中3年共12年；高等教育专科2—3年；本科一般4年，医科（含韩医、牙医）6年；研究生教育分硕士和博士两个阶段：硕士一般为2年，博士一般为3年。韩国实行四级学位制：专门学士学位、学士学位、硕士学位、博士学位。 专科毕业发毕业证书，同时授予专门学士学位；4年制本科毕业后发毕业证书，同时授予学士学位；医科6年毕业后发毕业证书，也授予学士学位，但可以申请攻读博士学位。 韩国实行专科教育的机构称“专门大学”；实行本科教育的机构为“大学校”（一般为综合性大学）或者“大学”；实行研究生教育的机构为“大学院”，“大学院”多数设在大学校里，也有单独设立的“大学院”。 韩国的高等教育机构根据设立形式和经费来源渠道，分为国立、公立、私立三种，除个别公立学校可以由设立的地方政府自行批准外，都必须经教育科学技术部批准，国家认可的高等教育机构都必须接受教育科学技术部的监督和管理。 韩国高等教育机构的授课语言通常使用韩语，也有少数课程的授课语言为英语。 2011年韩国共有认可的专科大学（韩语称“专门大学”，英语名称一般使用College）146所，提供本科和本科以上教育的四年制大学195所，单独设立的只授予硕士、博士学位的大学院20所。 韩国的“学院”(韩语称“学院”，英语名称一般使用Institute 或College )主要是由社会力量创办的非学历教育机构。 二、名单 专科大学（可授予副学士学位，相当于专科学历） 1.
